Since 1958, the Young family have been farming their land in the beautiful Alexander Valley, and in 1997, founded the Robert Young Estate Winery. In 2018, the Young family decided to expand their winery to include a new hospitality location. The Youngs hired Intentional Contracting Inc. to build their custom hospitality location, the Scion House. During the design process, it was important to the Youngs to ensure their hospitality building to be built as a "home". Intentional Contracting Inc. worked hand in hand with the Youngs and Wade Design to accomplish this goal.
