Intentional Contracting Inc. renovated this cottage in Healdsburg, California, from the floor up. Working side by side with owner and interior designer, Mrs. Jois Belfield, I/C brought the existing home down to the subfloor and created this enchanting cottage with many detailed finishes. An example of I/C’s craftsmanship can be found in the detail of the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom. I/C sourced lumber from an old tobacco barn from back East and hand built these cabinets onsite and in-house with our own talented crewmembers.
